Making Yourself A Priority
You are your best form of medicine. It still confuses me how people expect to be able to take care of others, when they can’t even take care of themselves. Being selfish is a vital part of becoming and understand you. Its important to not only be good to others but to be good to yourself too. Make yourself a priority. At the end of the day, you’re your longest commitment.
