Everything starts with meditation. It’s like the concept of going to sleep but waking up tired. That’s because the mind was never at peace. You can be unhappy with certain things like relationships, family, work, etc. but at the end of the day it is so important to make sure you are at inner peace with yourself.

Everything starts with meditation. It’s like the concept of going to sleep but waking up tired. That’s because the mind was never at peace. You can be unhappy with certain things like relationships, family, work, etc. but at the end of the day it is so important to make sure you are at inner peace with yourself. There are always going to be times when you’re in a situation that is going to overcome your happiness and you are going to want to do things out of character regardless of the outcome or consequences. But it is so important that you remind yourself that YOU are in control of your actions and YOUR peace. Don’t allow unimportant things ruin your spirit. Kevin Gates says, “My biggest problem is overcoming myself” and I feel as though that is something I have always struggled with. When you get used and used and used, you start to question if there really is a God. And although you may think that’s true, it’s important to forgive others. Forgive others not because they deserve forgiveness but because you deserve peace. And I truly believe that once you believe and practice this, your mind and spirit will be at ease. Sometimes you need to walk away from certain people and things because they don’t see your vision. I’ve learned that in order for you to appreciate and experience great peace, you have to go through and experience great pain. Until next time…
