Jumpsuit or Romper???

I find that these two terms are commonly misused in girl world. So I thought why not do a little education on when to use the terms jumpsuit and romper. Welcome to One-Piece Garments 101.

I find that these two terms are commonly misused in girl world. So I thought why not do a little education on when to use the terms jumpsuit and romper. Welcome to One-Piece Garments 101.

These two types of clothing have different characteristics and should be titled proper. Just like you wouldn’t call shorts a skirt, the same applies for a jumpsuit and romper. So what exactly is the difference?

A jumpsuit is a term used for a one-piece garment that combines a shirt and long pants. While a romper is a term used for a one-piece garment that combines a shirt with shorts. Although they have the same concept, stay educated. The last thing you want to do is have a conversation with someone and refer to a jumpsuit as a romper. I know that may sound silly, but if you’re a fashionista this is very important information.

Whether a jumpsuit or romper, I rave over them each year when the weather starts to warm up. I love to be able to dress up or down these simple one stop shop outfits. But it’s most likely because I’m lazy and it takes half the time to put together an outfit. Regardless of the situation, it’s an easy get-up that makes you look flawless. Until next time…

xoxo, B.
